Project architect for numerous published and award winning projects, and entrusted with running projects independently from concept through to construction. Worked on over 10 major projects, including: Annex House (project architect) - A $1.7 million renovation of a Victorian house and Coach house. Designed and detailed all aspects of the house, including: exterior envelope and roof details, interior details, millwork, stairs, furniture. Published in Globe and Mail, and Toronto Life. Contrast House (project architect) - A residential renovation and addition. Lead the project from conceptual design to contract administration. Awards received from Architizer (International A+ Award), Canadian Interiors, and Design Exchange, and featured in Canadian Interiors, Azure Design Lines, Oris 69, and Hise. Fourth Line (project architect) - A new 4,500 s.f., contemporary house in Oakville. Designed and detailed exterior envelope (rainscreen and EIFS systems), roof assembly, exterior and interior details. Researched, produced drawings and corresponded with all Authorities having jurisdiction to obtain all required permits. Pop-up Office - Designed and detailed this award winning installation for the 2013 Interior Design Show in Toronto. Received awards from Canadian Interiors and Interior Design Magazine, and featured in many publications, such as Azure, Canadian Interiors, and Globe and Mail. Metro Hall Square (project architect) - Project with the City of Toronto to assess and advise on general condition of the square. Liaised with City officials and produced all documents including site visit reports, change orders, certificate of payments, and closeout documents.

Major projects include: BKLYN Larder - A renovation of a commercial space in Brooklyn. Designed the initial
concept with the partner and clients; produced all drawings from schematic design through to construction documents; corresponded with clients, consultants, and contractors; carried the project through contract administration. Harlem Condos - A new 6-unit condominium project in Harlem. Advanced the project through Zoning Objections and Code requirements from the Department of Buildings, and designed and prepared the drawings from initial concept, through to construction. Northwich Cultural Centre - A competition entry for a large community centre (+30,000 s.f.). Involved with conceptual design phase, 3D modelling and rendering, and final presentation materials.

Worked on a $15 million, 12,000 s.f., private residence renovation in East Hampton, NY. Involved with schematic design by producing drawings and renderings for client approval. Produced construction documents and was given responsibility in communicating with consultants and contractors. Assisted with working drawings and coordination on a multi-million dollar university project in Pennsylvania state.
