ISN’T BACON ENGLISH BREAKFAST
1 pack THIS™ Isn't Bacon Rashers
Ingredients
200g Mushrooms
2 tbsp Vegan spread
4 Large tomato
1 tsp Olive oil
2 Small tin of beans
1 tbsp Ketchup or Brown Sauce
4 Slices of sourdough
Salt & pepper to taste
4 Hash browns

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan assisted). Slice your mushrooms and the tomatoes in half. Add a knob of vegan spread to a saucepan and sauté the mushrooms for 8-10 mins. Season with salt and pepper. d. Place your tomato halves on a baking tray with the hash browns and drizzle with a little olive oil. Season generously with salt & pepper and bake for 25 mins. e. Heat your beans in a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl. f. Toast your sourdough and add your vegan spread. g. Plate up all the separate components and apply your chosen sauce liberally.
