El portafolios es una de las herramientas que ayuda a evaluar a los estudiantes en diferentes áreas y da la oportunidad al estudiante de reflexionar, coleccionar trabajos, concientizarse de su aprendizaje, demostrar y valorar sus conocimientos y habilidades, más que en un simple examen. El Portafolio Electrónico. Es importante que los profesores conozcan las diferentes maneras de evaluar y ajustarse al mundo de la tecnología esforzándose a desarrollar diferentes habilidades que se necesitará en un futuro muy cercano, esto conlleva a cambios en la instrucción, se basa en el criterio del maestro y la participación de los estudiantes. Una evaluación auténtica y significativa implica que los estudiantes participen y puedan representar situaciones reales, a través de: reportes orales, escritos, descripciones, videos, fotos, tablas, dibujos, biografías, etc. a través del portafolios electrónico se conservan todas las evidencias de los procesos de aprendizaje durante el curso, de esta manera el profesor y el estudiante pueden analizar los trabajos y actividades. 1.- La autoevaluación ayuda a los estudiantes a reflexionar, ser conscientes de su responsabilidad en su aprendizaje y metas que quieren alcanzar. 2.- Los estudiantes interactúan con el maestro y sus compañeros. 3.- Pueden trabajar individualmente o en grupos. 4.- Ayuda a desarrollar una autoimagen positiva. 5. -Ayuda a formar estudiantes autónomos. 6.- Expresar sus pensamientos, sentimientos y necesidades.


LA RUBRICA La rúbrica es una auténtica herramienta de evaluación que se usa para medir el desempeño de los estudiantes y evaluar su aprendizaje, basado en una suma de criterios, más que un simple número. La rúbrica también se usa al inicio del curso para concientizar al estudiante por medio de los criterios que será evaluado.
