From May through September, the Farmers Market Council Bluffs is the place to be for locally-grown produce, goods, and homegrown fun! The market hosts a variety of vendors each Thursday in Bayliss Park, as well as wellness activities, live music, and entertainment for the kids! River City Farmers Market is another local market that takes place on Saturday mornings at the YMCA Healthy Living Center. They sell locally grown veggies, baked goods, eggs, and more. Several other towns in Pottawattamie County host weekly markets, including Avoca, Underwood, and Treynor.
