The system can also generate a receive receipt for the unit contents to be signed by the tenant.

Contact transaction can be automatically created by campaign or bulk contact transaction or gift distribution transaction or contact transaction in case of follow up. Contact transaction can be linked to rental, sales or marketing contact in case of successful sales and can also be linked to receive voucher in case of collection Contracts Management For brokers, system gives a facility to track all type of management contract with alert option for the expired contacts.

Google Earth Integration The system is integrated with Google Earth. From the system you can display you building through Google Earth without closing the system or opening Google Earth.


Unit Merge The system has a capability of merging units and also split unit into multi units, this capability usually used in the trading malls when a tenant or a company required to rent a big shop consists of multiple concatenated units. The system has a facility also to store the activity related to each shop in case of shopping malls

Building and Units Expenses and Utility Bills You can store the building and units expenses with a facility of displaying the last expenses transaction during the data entry for a control purpose. Also the system maintains the utility bills like maintenance bills, advertising bills with an allocations facility by multiple ways like fixed allocation, based on the area or based on the rent amount.

Flixable Unit Blocking & Reservation Using interactive maps you can block or reserve a unit for rental or sales with a facility of canceling any of them, the system also manage grace period for blocking and reservation with a facility if hide the unit from the sales person for a specific period after blocking or reservation cancellation.


Rental Management Rent Your Own Properties and Others Properties The system can be used in property management owned by your company or owned by others with a capability of identifying multiple owners in building and unit level and the system can automatically allocate the revenue and expenses for each building/units for the owners based on their shareholding percent.
