SCU ePortfolio User Guide Working with a course or program ePortfolio These instructions will guide you through using TaskStream for a course or program of study in which your instructor has created an ePortfolio template for you to use. In this case, your instructor will give you a code to enroll into a predesigned ePortfolio template. This guide will walk you through all the steps to get enrolled in your class or program ePortfolio, save your work there, and submit your work for review or evaluation. First, login to the TaskStream system via the ePortfolio home-‐page. You will see on the left side of the menu a yellow box like the one below:
Click on "enter program code” and type in the code the instructor will give you so that you may complete your ePortfolio. Then click “search.”

Now you are enrolled in the program and will have access to the course or program ePortfolio template. You will see the following confirmation and request to begin working on your new “program” (the ePortfolio for your course or program of study).
Click on “Start Working on Your New Program” to begin adding to your course/program ePortfolio template.

In this example, you will click on one of the topics called “Critical Writing.” Click on “open” to work on one of the requirements.
There are various options for what we can add to our ePortfolio. In this example, we would click on “attachments,” this will allow us to upload a file as our work example to meet this requirement.

Make sure your document is located in the file section once the upload is complete. If your instructor has asked you to submit your work when it’s done, click on “Submit Work.” This alerts your instructor to the fact that your work is ready for evaluation.

If you need to fill out any initial comments this gives you a chance to do that. Once you've filled out the optional requirements, click on "Yes-‐ Submit My Work".
If you want to, you can print a certificate so you have some sort of documentation that you submitted your work into your ePortfolio.

If you make a mistake, you can always cancel your submission.
Click on the tab named "work" at the top. This will bring you back to the program template. Please repeat this process to upload all the material that your instructor requests.
