Mandatory Information for Registration in OPUS The Team Leader is responsible for completing the following information in the OPUS system. After completing the following information, the draft registration must be authorized by the responsible authorizing authority (National operations: VPC Managers; and Regional Stand Alone operations: VPS, VPP Managers)1. The registration will be completed, and an operation number will be issued by ORP/GCM, once the mandatory information will have been filled in, and authorization received by the proper authority. Without this information, and the corresponding authorization, the operation cannot be registered and will remain in Draft.
