The large windows in all rooms received maximum sunlight and need to be tackled for comfort living, also the client expected Vaastu Shastra based designing. Kesar Shilp society dilapidated building, hence is to be redeveloped. The project is under Swastik and Associates for Designing and Liasoning as well.

Complex designed by Swastik and Associates, Kalyan west is proposed stilt + 2 residential and commercial use, located in Gauri Pada, Kalyan West.

BUNGALOW EXTENSION FLOOR, CHIKANGHAR, KALYAN WEST.

This project is to extend the floor and house vertically by adding one more floor to existing Ground + 1 structure with necessary revisions and permissions for construction.

HEAVEN GARDEN, MR. SHENOY, BAPGAON

Heaven garden project of residential and commercial complex is located in Bapgaon. The job was to draw municipal drawings and calculate area statements.
