City Centre Pune Retail + Office + Cultural The increasing demand for better living, working and recreational spaces, and the decreasing amount of land in our country, have resulted in the high property cost. Hence one of the solutions is to design a mixed-use facility integrating retail, commercial offices and recreational spaces. City Centre is the central commercial, political, cultural, and recreational hub of the city. The design brief is a complex consisting of corporate offices, co-working spaces, shops, entertainment centres and cultural spaces i.e. library and exhibition centre.
