TABLE LEGPROCESSING

I had a few questions about how the legs were made, so here some more process pics. Thelegs are machined in the rotary.

First cut one half of the joint with a long cutter, rotate 90 deg, cut the other half, then simply cut the leg round. This left me with a lot of round corners inside the mortises which I ended up chiseling out.

You could do the same with a chisel mortiserand you wouldn’t need to spend as much timeon the cleanup. I just don’t happen to have one. Gotta work with the tools in hand
