MASTER’S FOUNDATION PROGRAMME (MFP)

The Master’s Foundation Programme is a two, three or four term programme with guaranteed progression* to a wide range of Master’s degrees at the University of Southampton.

All programmes are subject to a £350 registration fee. Your tuition fee includes annual membership of the University of Southampton Student Union, for more information www.susu.org. Membership of the student union is valid until 31st August 2024. Please note that the fees listed are subject to change.

MASTER’S DEGREE

IELTS equivalent of 6.0 with no element below 5.5 Modules are decided based on chosen progression degree

English level: Academic requirements:

From 5.5 IELTS or equivalent, with no single element less than 5.5 for 3-term MFP. An extended programme is available if you do not have the required English language level. This programme lasts 4 terms and includes an English language module followed by 3 terms of MFP.

Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognised university. *subject to meeting the specified progression criteria.
