The Master’s Foundation Programme is a one, two or three-term programme, with guaranteed progression* to a wide range of Master’s degrees at the University of Sunderland.

or equivalent, with no single element less than 4.0 for 3-term MFP. An extended programme is available if you do not have the required English language level. This programme lasts 4 terms and includes an English language module (ELPP) followed by 3 terms of MFP.
Successful completion of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognised university.

All programmes are subject to a £300 registration fee and a £2,200 deposit which will be offset against the last term’s fees. The 3.5 term programme consists of English language during the first 0.5 term although some academic content may be included. 20 and 25 week English Language programmes are available starting in June and August, please contact us for further details.
