We are completely transparent when it comes to the fees we charge for letting your investment property, whether itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s long term or a casual lease. Our management fee includes arrangement of repairs and maintenance, yearly income and expenditure statements, routine inspections, water consumption calculations, rent reviews, account processing and more.
