INTRODUCING NEW DANISH FUEL
VOL2 To keep on track building up the brand identity of Danish Fuel we have made a new VOL2 design. For those customers who loves unique designs that not blend in, but are iconic and statement making. The VOL2 designs is now ready for you to resell starting with the Bar Cabinet series. The quality for the VOL2 is better. The visual is more delicious and buying experiences has been carried out in new packaging. Over the next pages we will take you through ten points of improvements we have made with the VOL2 designs and taking Danish Fuel to the next level. Still, Made In Denmark by originals.
01 All Danish Fuel Jerry Cans are now cut by laser. Although it is a much more costly process than manual carving, we achieve a higher precision and a better finish on the visual impact.

Part of the investments we have made in relation to the development include a form for casting Danish Fuel logo into the keys.
New molds to make the shelves has been made. The dept of the shelves is extended with 25mm/1/2inch. So now it fits the four highball glasses perfectly.
Plywood is changing shapes over time. Causing by humidity and ageing. In order to avoid bias in the shelves we are now using a thicker dimension of veneers.

The wire cables which were holding the pouring table is now replaced with woven canvas straps. During World War 2, canvas was used for the most parts of carrying equipment since it could withstand water.
To complete the inside design, and in order to obtain a more luxuriously expression of the cabinet, we have made another nice detail. The mirror in the door that served as a bestow table is now replaced with a new pouring table. Also made from plywood in same type of veneers as the shelves. Oak, Walnut or Smoked Oak.

Unique ID number on each design. Embossed into a black anodized aluminium plate. Designed with inspiration from the original Octane tags during World War II.

Many customers are buying the Danish Fuel designs as a gift. We have made the buying experience even greater. The VOL2 designs are now wrappend in a dustcover / giftbag made of Jute as in 1944.

During WW2 everything from ammunition to food was kept in wooden boxes. These wooden boxes could withstand being tossed around with. With a WW2 inspired ammunition box, we will not be more historically accurate. And anyone who gets a gift in a ammunition box like this will be pretty curious to see what’s inside.

Well.. its not an upgrade. So we won´t reach 11 upgrades - this time. It´s more like an improovement to the designs. As the shelves are made of wood. The wood needs to be maintained. So we have made our own packaging, again. A raw and industrial aluminium tube filled with the best wood oil from Danish ,,TRÆOLIE” in Denmark.
The packaging is a year 1944 cardboard and assembled with a stapler. Manually made by hand. Also in Denmark The aluminium tube with wood oil is enclosed to the packaging.
UPSALE We have extended the product range with more designs that goes hand in hand with the existing desings. In order to offer more designs to the same target group. The design of expression origins from the 1940. Cardboard folded by hand and put together with a vintage stapler machine. The Calender is a Infinity calender because we can change each month with a new refill every year. So it will never be outdated. Its made of masonite plate and a vintage butterfly clip to hold the pages. We designed it with a hole in the center behind the clip, so it´s very easy to hang it on a nail in the wall. Or, you can stand in up against the wall.

Danish made GIN. Awarded with double gold medal at Fifty Best Gins in New York. It really does´nt get any better. The packaging is a cardboard tube and the lids are made of plywood. The same production process and design as the shelves in the cabinets. The GIN is also a great gift idea. We have made it a 50cl/16.9oz and 10cl/3.3oz bottles.
