Lamb and Beef Stew 1 large yellow or sweet onion, chopped 5 cloves of garlic 4 tablespoons of avocado oil (olive oil works too!) 3-4 pounds of lamb or beef 1/2 cup broth (veggie or chicken or you can use water) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon ground saffron (if you don't have, you can use turmeric) 1 teaspoon ginger powder 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon coriander 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 cup pitted prunes 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 tablespoon honey parsley for garnish

Serve over tahdig
