3 oz vodka

1. Cut the golden beets and horseradish into small pieces. Muddle thoroughly in mixing glass with 1/2 oz of vodka.

1 small golden beet - raw, peeled 1 slice fresh horseradish peeled 1 fresh red beet - raw, peeled, for garnish

2. Add remaining vodka to the mixing glass and fill 2/3 full of ice. Shake vigorously. 3. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled cocktail glass. 4. Garnish with a stick of red beet.

1 oz gin

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.

1/2 oz Carpano Antica 1/2 oz Cynar 1/4 oz fresh lemon juice

2. Fill 2/3 full of ice. Shake well. 3. Strain through a mesh strainer into a chilled cocktail glass. 4. Twist spiral of orange peel over cocktail and use as a garnish.

1 oz Manuka honey vodka

1. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice.

1 oz sweet vermouth Cinnamon for garnish

2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. 3. Dust with freshly grated cinnamon.

2 oz gin

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake gently to chill the drink and bruise the parsley.

2 sprigs flat or Italian Parsley - leaves only 3 drops balsamic vinegar

2. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled cocktail glass. 3. Garnish with a single parsley leaf floating in the drink.

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake well with ice.

2 oz ruby port 1 tsp gum syrup

2. Strain through a mesh strainer into a chilled cocktail glass.

1/4 oz fresh lemon juice 1/4 tsp Maraschino liqueur

1/2 oz apple brandy

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake gently to chill the drink and bruise the parsley.

1/2 oz bourbon 1/2 oz Benedictine 1/2 oz Galliano 1 egg white

2. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled cocktail glass. 3. Garnish with a single parsley leaf floating in the drink.
