The e2 is the ideal urban transport solution for people looking to reduce their carbon footprint. It is also ideal for small or large businesses that are looking to make deliveries, short city trips or use promotional vehicles in a more sustainable way. With its innovative design and superior engineering, the GEM e2 battery-electric vehicle offers the most proven technology and cabin space in its class. The open, curved styling provides a spacious interior and the high-level driving position and oversized windscreen gives the driver excellent all-round visibility. An optional rearmounted trunk box or stake-back give class leading luggage and load space. Restaurant and takeaway business owners can transform the e2 into a versatile delivery vehicle by adding a rear-mounted thermo-insulated box which is ideal for keeping take-out meals hot or ice creams and cold drinks cold making the e2 the perfect vehicle for brand sampling or mobile vending. GEM batteries are recharged via a mains power lead which plugs directly into the vehicle and any standard 240V socket.
