Progress so far… • Literature review on think tanks’ business models • Definition of dimensions within the business models concept: value proposition, core business activities, governance, staffing, leadership, funding management, financial management • Selection of case studies. Criteria: accessibility and diversity of think tanks.
Progress so far… • Done with designing the tools for data collection • Interviews with Indonesian think tanks has been conducted! Leandro has achieved positive progress in collecting data for Latin America case studies • Done with writing two initial research notes (IRE and Jawa Pos Institute for Pro-Otonomi) in Indonesia. • Initial findings have been discussed.
Things to do this week… • Writing a blog post about the processes of the project during 6 month and the initial findings • Discussing about and making agreement on the structure of the case studies and the final report • Writing initial draft for Indonesian case studies • Discussing the next steps: - Develop case studies and the report - Presentation in Indonesia (Hari) and Paraguay (Leandro)
