There are teachers at Glenwood who are certified through Southern Union State Community College to teach dual enrollment classes at the school. That way students can take dual enrollment classes without ever leaving the Glenwood campus

Students get to be in class, in a familiar setting, with a teacher they already know and feel comfortable with and still receive college credit. It's a great way for students to transition

Glenwood is not able to offer a lot of technical classes on its campus, so junior and semior students also have the opportunity to leave campus to take technical classes at Chattahoochee Valley Community College. This is just one way that Glenwood is helping provide to its students a wide range of opportunities, whether they plan to attend a four-year-college or begin a technical program.
