Olivier Dassault Paris • April 2016

Born on June 1st, 1951 in Boulogne Billancourt, Olivier Dassault is a man of many talents: working in the press and media, as company director, deputy, musician and photographer, there’s no field in which he doesn’t love to excel. Loyal to analogue photography, Olivier Dassault still uses his Minolta XD7 to produce his surrealist and abstract pictures. Chasing light and the invisible, he reveals what cannot be seen: beauty in the universe that surrounds us. Opera Gallery team is delighted and proud to present to the general public 20 works by Olivier Dassault at its Paris gallery in the rue du faubourg Saint-Honoré. Launching at a brunch event, the exhibited works explore light and colours held in a universe in which deconstruction and reconstruction express our reality.
