Chardonnay

Still relatively youthful and light to medium yellow. The wine displays a developing bouquet of hazelnut paste, citrus oil, pasta dough, floral notes, toast, with savoury bouillon elements. On the palate it shows medium acidity, is dry with soft texture, medium extract and medium body, a lovely length and nice intensity of nuts, pasta dough, lemon oil and bouillon. Medium-plus finish. Light to medium yellow. Youthful aromas of toast, fresh lees, quince, star fruit, chalk and oatmeal. This 2021 has a medium acidity, is dry, of a mediumplus extract and medium texture, medium body with a proportionate length and fruit – quince, chalk, yellow plum and a hint of green leaf.
