Located in Zarautz, the beachside town within the Basque Country’s “Getariako Txakolina” appellation, Bodega Rezabal specializes in traditional-method sparkling wine, fresh and fruity white and rosé wine, vermouth and gin. Third generation winemaker Ander Rezabal focuses on two unique local varieties: the white wine grape Hondarrabi Zuri and its red wine counterpart Hondarrabi Beltza make celebrationworthy, food friendly wines and spirits.

A traditional-method blanc de blanc sparkling wine made from Hondarrabi Zuri that spends a minimum of 18 months on lees. Vermut (Vermouth) is a fortified wine that has been flavoured with herbs, spices and/or fruit. The Rezabal Vermut Tinto is made from 100% Hondarrabi Zuri. It displays a striking mahogany hue with the scent of black forest cake, cherries jubilee and juniper. The palate offers abundant flavor with a harmony of chocolatey red fruit and botanicals.
