Bodegas Gutiérrez-Colosía
Bodegas Gutiérrez-Colosía was founded in 1838. This Andalusian winery, at the mouth of the Guadalete River, is ideally located to capture the drying Levante and humid Poniente winds. These dueling elements are integral to the production of Jerez’ famous flor – the layer of yeast that protects Fino during its ageing. Excellent fortified wines are made here in the estate’s multi-tiered solera system.

Palomino
Oloroso sherries are matured in an oxidative manner, meaning that controlled oxygen exposure is allowed throughout the long solera ageing. This turns the wines a rich mahogany colour over time and imparts intense nutty, earthy, dried fruit notes. Pedro Ximénez grapes are sun-dried to concentrate their flavours before vinification.
