Château Canet, a 12th century wine estate in Rustiques, was purchased by Floris and Vicky Lemstra in 2007. Situated in the west of the Minervois region, it is located close to the medieval city of Carcassonne which is well worth a visit if ever you are in the area. The family have built the estate up, challenging themselves to make better quality wines each year.
