6th FDUK Masterclass on the Foot in Diabetes
Foot in Diabetes UK (FDUK) is a multidisciplinary organisation committed to leading and supporting high-quality health care to improve outcomes for people with diabetesrelated foot disease. The 6th annual conference of FDUK is set to be the most exciting and interactive yet. Based around a series of interactive debates, discussions and live on-stage role-plays involving trained actors, this innovative one-day event will present a practical, hands-on approach to diabetic foot care aimed at all healthcare professionals involved in caring for people with diabetes-related foot problems – from the “Great Dressings Debate”, to the need to optimise consultation skills (why don’t patients just do what I tell them?) to the requirement for different approaches to different clinical conundrums (is there more than one way to skin a cat?). The nature of this event reflects FDUK’s active approach to facilitating change in practice-based national guidance, and supporting this change by means of robust continued professional development training packages. We at FDUK hope you will join us in Manchester for a dynamic, interactive and enjoyable learning experience. FDUK Executive Committee
