Billing: • All insertions must be pre-paid. • Reserve your space and pay online. • Checks should be made out to Options Magazine and mailied to PO Box 6406, Providence, RI 02940. • Proceeds will benefit Options Magazine and Rhode Island Pride. Cancellations: • Cancellation of space must be submitted in writing prior to the ad material deadline date. The publisher reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the rate for any advertising space placed but subsequently canceled after the deadline date.
