Joy to the World:
Festival of Trees Returns with a Timely Theme
Whether you choose to stroll through the breathtaking Festival of Trees in person, or shop via remote access, the goal for the 34th annual event is to spread joy for holiday visitors at the Orlando Museum of Art.

Presented by the Council of 101, its committees were busy behind the scenes to make the 2020 Festival of Trees an experience to remember. This treasured tradition will run November 12-29, at the Orlando Museum of Art, from 10am – 5pm each day with the exceptions of Mondays and Thanksgiving Day.
Always a family-friendly holiday tradition, the Festival of Trees is being carefully planned to safely welcome visitors from around Central Florida into the museum. This year a modified event will be presented, with extended dates to include Thanksgiving weekend. Tickets will be managed through reserved admissions as the museum is operating at limited capacity. Onsite visitors will be directed to strictly adhere to social distancing guidelines. Advanced ticket purchase is encouraged at Councilof101.org.
More than 25 decked-out trees, unique gingerbread houses, pop-up vendors, Entertaining by Design table settings, performances by local entertainers, a chance to write to Santa, special drawings and more bring this event to life.
Not to be missed — Santa sightings at the museum on the weekends. The first Saturday, November 14, of Festival of Trees has been proclaimed Ugly Sweater Day, with dignitaries and special ambassador appearances anticipated for this fun-filled theme day.
This year’s Festival theme is “Joy to the World — Celebrating a Season of Joy,” and was selected with a focus to spark a little joy and kick off the holiday season in Central Florida. An array of handmade wreaths, designer inspired trees, holiday décor and more will be found around the museum.

All holiday pieces are available for purchase to benefit the Orlando Museum of Art. For more information about Festival of Trees visit Councilof101.org or call 407-896-4231 ext.254.
