CHANGES IN CERTIFICATE AGREEMENTS:

ORCA Ireland should be able at any time suspend, revoke or amend a permit, or restrict the operation authorised by a certificate, where:

a) The conservation status or welfare of the cetaceans is being threatened by the activity; and/or

b) The holder contravenes or fails to comply with any statutory requirement relating to whale watching or any condition specified in the permit;
