Sublease of Baa Kihavah Huravalhi to Minor Hotel Group Maldives (a Thail listed company) to operate as a resort. Sublease of Gaafu Dhaalu Magudhuvaa to Ahmet Aydeniz (a Turkish company) to operate as a resort. Joint Venture Partnership with a Dubai based Company RAW Galadari Holdings for the development and operation of a tourist resort in Naagoashi island in Haa Dhaalu Atoll and subsequent Sublease Agreement between MTDC and RAW Galadari for the same.
