Our chefs, servers, part-time help; and management are selected with the greatest of care and dedicated to excellence. From our Executive Chef and Pastry Chef to our full and part-time wait staff - we use their strengths and personalities to form an effective team. Pricing All prices are subject to change. All quotes are considered tentative until a signed contract is received. Pricing is guaranteed for 15 days from the date of the original proposal.
Guest Count Final event details and guest counts are due 10 days prior to the event. Should the client fail to notify GREAT CHEFS CATERING Events of final event details and guest counts within the allotted time, GREAT CHEFS CATERING Events will assume the estimated details and guest counts, as stated on the event orders, are correct and valid and shall prepare and provide for as such. Some changes may require substitutions of certain items and may incur additional charges and fees. GREAT CHEFS CATERING Events will make every effort to accommodate all changes to the best of its ability.

Service Options The per hourly fee for the service staff are as follows: Captain-$28.95 / Servers-$22.95 / Station Chefs-$27.95 / Bartenders-$25.95 Our service staff is highly compensated to provide you and your guests with excellent service. Gratuity is a reward to your event staff—not a requirement. Service hours are estimated at the time of booking your event and your event may require additional service hours. Additional hours will be billed at the close of each event.
Rental Options Specialty Items A full line of specialty decor, props, linens, overlays, china, flatware and glassware are available. Please contact your Event Planner for details.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy Booking Policy A $500.00 "Booking Deposit", along with the Signed Event Agreement, must be received before your event will be considered "Booked" and the event date is reserved. An "Initial Deposit" equal to 50% of the total estimated balance for the event is required 14 days after signing the Event Agreement. The "Third Deposit" equal to 75% of the total estimated balance for the event is required to be received 2 months prior to the event date. The "Final Balance" equal to 100% of the remaining balance for the event is required to be received 10 days prior to the event date. Please note that if your Signed Avent Agreement is receive less than 2 months prior, but not less than 10 days prior to the event date, 75% of the total estimated balance is required at the time of submitting the Signed Event Agreement. In addition, if your Signed Event Agreement is received 10 days or less prior to the event date, 100% of the total estimated balance is required at the time of submitting the Signed Event Agreement.
Cancellation Client shall forfeit their $500.00 "Booking Deposit" paid to GREAT CHEFS CATERING Events in the event of any cancellation. Depending on the conditions of the cancellation, the following additional fees will also apply. A written cancellation notice must be received via email, fax or first class mail within 4 months from the scheduled event date and is the responsibility of the client to confirm notice has been received by GREAT CHEFS CATERING. Events. In this case, an amount equal to 25% of the estimated event total shall be charged to the client in the form of a "Cancellation Fee" and shall be remitted to GREAT CHEFS CATERING Events within 10 days of cancellation. A written cancellation notice must be received via email, fax or first class mail within 2 months from the scheduled event date and is the responsibility of the client to confirm notice has been received by GREAT CHEFS CATERING. Events. In this case, an amount equal to 50% of the estimated event total shall be charged to the client in the form of a "Cancellation Fee" and shall be remitted to GREAT CHEFS CATERING Events within 10 days of cancellation. Any cancellation received less than 2 months from the scheduled event date shall be assessed a cancellation fee in the amount of 100% of the estimated event total.
