$200 deposit is required to hold the date and room. Full refund if party is cancelled 30 days or more in advance. 50% refund if party is cancelled less than 30 days in advance. No refund if party is cancelled within 14 days (2 weeks) of date. A $50.00 bartender fee will be applied whenever necessary. A final count is due 2 weeks prior to date, which is the minimum guarantee. Once final count is given and menu is chosen, the customer is liable for that amount of people. Final payment must be made by CASH or CREDIT CARD ONLY. Children’s safety is a concern as well as the enjoyment of other patrons in the restaurant.
