Function policies Deposit
All weddings require a $1,500.00 deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and are payable by check or credit card. Deposits will be placed against your final balance.
Guarantee & Due Date
Final guarantee and guest count shall be provided two (2) weeks before the Wedding and cannot be lowered at that time. We will then prepare a bill based on that number of guests. Final Balance is to be paid by Certified Bank or Cashier’s Check. We will also accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard & American Express. No Personal Checks are accepted for Final Payment.
Gratuity & Tax fees
An 18% Gratuity and 7% Massachusetts Tax will be added to your subtotal where applicable and noted on your final bill.
Food Service
Due to Insurance and Health Code Regulations no food or beverage can be brought on or off the property. The only exception is patron’s cake. All incoming cakes shall come from licensed bakeries. We do not charge a cake cutting fee. It is our pleasure to slice and serve your cake.

Bar Policies
The bar in our function room is available for a maximum of 5 hours. A Bar Charge of $50.00 per bartender. We reserve the right to limit and control the amount of alcoholic beverages consumed by our guests. We also have the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest that in our opinion is intoxicated. We also reserve the right to ask any guest for proper identification. Bar service ends one half hour before contracted time of event.
Non-Smoking Facility
Massachusetts State Law requires that The Fireside Grille is a non-smoking facility.
