The Inn’s Early Bird Menu Tuesday – Wednesday – Thursday All Entrees are $11.95 and come with our Soup & Salad Bar Parmesan Chicken A tender breast of chicken oven roasted with a rich Red sauce and a blend of Italian cheeses. Served over fettuccine pasta. Baked Steak Lean beef dredged in flour then baked in a rich Brown sauce and served with mashed potatoes. Spaghetti & Meatballs Traditional red sauce and Italian style meatballs served with Spaghetti pasta, Parmesan cheese and garlic bread. Meatloaf Our own house recipe made with a variety of vegetables and seasonings then oven baked and served with mashed potatoes and gravy. Crab Cakes A Maryland style crab cake prepared with crab, herbs and spices. Served with vegetables and rice pilaf. Cod & Chips Ale battered Icelandic Cod served golden brown with vegetables, French fries and Tartar sauce. BBQ Ribs A half pound of slow roasted ribs brushed with Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce. Served with vegetables and French fries. Liver & Onions Tender beef liver lightly floured then grilled with sweet onions and served with vegetables, mashed potatoes and gravy. Apple Pork Chops A center cut pork loin chop grilled with West Virginia apple butter and served with vegetables with mashed potatoes and gravy.
