Corned Beef Hash - $10 Fresh homemade Angus corned beef brisket, sautĂŠed with red potatoes, peppers and onions, served with two eggs any style. Steak & Eggs - $16 A ten oz. pan seared sirloin steak prepared to order, served with two eggs any style, and a fruit cup. Eggs Benedict - $11 Pan seared Canadian bacon & two poached eggs topped with hollandaise sauce and served with a fruit cup.
