WeCAN is a social service agency that provides individual and family support services designed to enhance stability and self-sufficiency. WeCAN serves those in need in 12 western Hennepin County communities, including Mound, Minnetrista, Spring Park, Navarre, Minnetonka Beach, Maple Plain, Independence, Loretto, Rockford, St. Bonifacius, Tonka Bay and Greenfield. WeCAN offers:
• Family support programs: birthday shelf, holiday gifts, coats, school supplies, personal hygiene and cleaning products
• Emergency rent/mortgage/utility assistance
• Employment counseling and skill building
• Meals-on-Wheels and Mobile Market food pantry
• On-site Hennepin County and ABE representatives
• Multiple volunteer opportunities
• Diapers

Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners (IOCP) is a human service nonprofit that strengthens the community by meeting basic needs and equipping individuals and families for ongoing stability.
The organization serves eight west Hennepin County communities including Hamel, Medina, Long Lake, Minnetonka Beach, Orono, Plymouth (west of 494), Medicine Lake and Wayzata.
IOCP Basic Needs Services | food shelf, clothing, household goods/furniture, emergency financial assistance
IOCP Stability Services | individual support, housing information, help to navigate housing resources, employment services, and child care resources

• No qualifications required
• Every Meal does not collect information from families. Privacy is protected.
