SPOON LADY LENT INSTRUCTIONS
To help the children understand Great Lent in practice, we created a special project. A wooden spoon and the printable templates found on our webpage “Great Lent the Holy” are used to make a Spoon Lady Lent. Spoon Lady Lent has a pocket, into which round tokens are placed. Each token mentions a special task the child can do at home during one Great Lent week. The goal is for all the tokens to be used by the end of each week, so they can be replaced with new ones at the start of the next one.
