THE CURRENT SITUATION As reported by Chabad in Ukraine and Vaad Hatzalah representatives on the ground.
Disaster Regions Heavy fighting. Cities are being reduced to rubble. No food, water, gas, electricity, or cell phone service. Aid cannot even be sent — it won’t get there.
Stressed Regions Ongoing danger. Supply chains are damaged. There is no food on the shelves. Food and medical supplies are needed urgently.
Transit Areas Refugees have nothing but the clothing on their backs and a couple of suitcases. They are constantly traveling from place to place.
Relatively ‘Stable’ Regions Still ongoing attacks. Inflation at 200-400%. Government support has been cut off. People have lost jobs, are living in dire poverty, and cannot afford to buy food.
NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE WITHOUT YOUR SUPPORT. As the crisis continues, so do our efforts. You can help feed a Ukrainian Jew for
