For more than 120 years we have maintained a continuous relationship, directly with the people who use artificial limbs. In the UK we supply over 35% of amputees seen by the NHS, with additional numbers in other countries. Guides Prescription Activity Guide: Activity Level Description

Has the ability or potential to use a prosthesis for transfers or ambulation on level surfaces at fixed cadence. Typical of the limited and unlimited household ambulator.

Has the ability or potential for ambulation with the ability to traverse low level environmental barriers such as curbs, stairs, or uneven surfaces. Typical of the limited community ambulator.

Has the ability or potential for ambulation with variable cadence. Typical of the community ambulator who has the ability to traverse most environmental barriers and may have vocational, therapeutic, or exercise activity that demands prosthetic utilization beyond simple locomotion.

Has the ability or potential for prosthetic ambulation that exceeds basic ambulation skills, exhibiting high impact, stress, or energy levels. Typical of the prosthetic demands of the child, active adult, or athlete.

Limited Warranty Statement Chas. A. Blatchford & Sons warrants Endolite Prosthetic Products against defects in material and workmanship. The warranty period applies from the original date of purchase of the product unless otherwise specified. Warranty periods for our products are listed on our website, www.endolite.co.uk In the event that a defect is discovered during the warranty period, Blatchford will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the affected part with another part equivalent in basic function or refund the purchase price of the affected part only. The warranty of the repaired or replaced part is limited to the remaining warranty period of the original purchased part or 12 months whichever is the greater. The warranty coverage is limited to the cost of the original failed part and excludes all associated or related costs. Endolite Prosthetic products are designed for use with an external prosthesis only and therefore are not warranted for use in a prosthesis which connects to an implant. If the product comes with a warranty registration form then this must be completed and returned to the company for the warranty to be effective. Chas. A.
