I also declare that no criminal case is pending against me nor have I ever been found guilty/convicted of any legal offence and/or crime. I understand that any breach or violation of the Code of Conduct or of OSCAR Foundation’s Child Safeguarding and Protection Policy is likely to result in action being taken against me which may include termination of my staff or other contract or termination of my working relationship with OSCAR Foundation.
