If the office does not have dividers, the tendency of unwelcome guests and noise is unavoidable. Partition imposes privacy and authority. Space – If an employee does not have enough space to move, this could be a cause for distraction or even frustration. Make sure to provide enough space. Lighting – Studies suggest that natural light increases productivity, energy and creativity. Use brighter lights to create better mood. A wise employer knows that the key to success is to provide the needs of their employees. Well-taken cared employees work their best to repay their boss.
