DESIGN IDEA In order to remember the past of the this Church, so the design of the Church will not apply with a traditional design of the general Church. The form of the Church wil develop based on the pitch roof of the Burned down Church.

ISSUE

Hidden site

Lack of communal function space

Lack of Non retail pedestrian shop friendly

SOLUTION Provide a public access form one site to another site, but also able to acces to the k t m

A badminton court is pr oposed in Multipurpose hall. Propose a retail space that sell daily uses.

Increased t h e height of t h e building to catch t h e attention of the people

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT Develop forms and sketch plans.

AXIS 01: LINKAGE: fUTURE AND THE PAST AXIS 02: LINKAGE BETWEEN TWO SITE DIAGRAM 3: CREATE AN OPEN SPACE

A flow from high pace(public space) to low pace(scared place) is designed in the circulation of the plan

CREATE A CIRCULATION FLOW FROM THE EXISTING BUILDING AND BURNTDOWN CHURCH TO PROPOSED DESIGN BUILDING.

At the first floor plan, v i s u a l connection is designed in each spaces in the building,

To incorporate with the passive design, the form of the building has subtracted and become not a hectic and bulky form.

ZONING DISTRUBUTE INTO THREE: P U B L I C SEMI PUBLIC (SACRED P L A C E ) PRIVATE ZONE

Passive designs are applied in the building design to achieve the maximum ventilation and natural lighting.

FROM DEVELOPED FROM MIRRORING THE FORM OF THE EXISTING BUILDING.

A centralize connection of the space is applied to achieve the sense of connection of the public (future) and the sacred place (burned down c h u r c h ) .
