hat a season! Week to week, it’s changing so quickly, we’re not sure what’s going to arrive. Although ATV’s are out year round, Side-by-Sides are always in abundance and be it ice fishing or trail riding, off-road vehicles are a must have in the area I live, Spring riding for many is the beginning of the year; the kick-off to the riding season. It’s great to see so many riders blowing the dust off and getting back out there. At times, it felt lonely out there in the winter months; the ice on Simcoe was said to be questionable, and in many areas, lakes weren’t exactly given the green light for safe travels. Some of my riding buddies don’t take advantage of the winter, unless to get to the ice hole and back, so the spring gives you that exciting feeling that the high school band is getting back together. A bunch of us finally met up in our shop, and much like high school, everyone dove into each other’s business, looking over rides, parts and accessories. Some of us waited and came with parts in boxes to install as a group. This is always funny because in my group, someone can always install something better, faster and easier. Add a little liquid shop motivation and the stories in the shop are better too. The mud was always thicker, the water was always deeper and the rider was always faster. Good times with a great bunch of friends. After the holidays pass and the winter months begin to get brighter, the first big garage meet with the guys is a lot like Groundhog Day. It hasn’t dramatically changed in decades, the same guys disagreeing or agreeing over familiar topics, parts fly around the same way, someone bought something that was so cheap and now doesn’t work so everyone makes fun, the new younger guys are always concerned and working on stereos and lights (you’re lying if you say this has never been you at some point in your life Gramps). It’s the time in the shop with the guys that we’ve all missed and looked forward to throughout the winter. Now it’s time to get out and ride. And please be sure to take the time to service, or have your buggy serviced for the spring riding season. Ride safe, invite new friends, and get back to what you enjoy most - the outdoors!
Where do you want to go? With its high power-to-weight ratio, the Wildcat™ Sport Side by Side from Arctic Cat® has the acceleration, climbing ability and suspension to get there. YAMAHA YXZ1000R FINISHES TOP 10 IN 2016 KING OF HAMMERS Yamaha introduced the YXZ1000R last fall as the first and only pure sport Side-by-Side (SxS) vehicle, and it is quickly proving its mettle on trails, dunes and race courses throughout the Southwest and across the country. In its first-ever running of the ULTRA4 Racing Series King of the Hammers (KOH) UTV class, the YXZ1000R showcased the superior quality and performance built into this all-new machine. The YXZ1000R was entered into the KOH event by driver Jason Weller of Weller Racing and navigator Kyle Anderson. Leaving the starting line 47th out of 60 total entries, the team battled through the desert trails and grueling rock sections passing the majority of the field to finish 7th overall – a true testament to the talented team and the performance and durability of the YXZ1000R. The annual KOH event has become legendary for its brutal desert course through some of the roughest and most challenging and punishing rock and bouldering sections of any timed event. It is a true test of driver talent and vehicle durability.

SCAMBLERS
DUCATI SCRAMBLER
The first production motorcycle to carry the “Scrambler” name was the 1962 Ducati Scrambler 250. The Ducati Scrambler was a world-wide success, and quickly evolved with “widecasing” engines and then 350 and 450 cc models. Ducati’s Scrambler frame design was far ahead of its time and quickly found itself multi-purposed for track racing.
SCRAMBLER MOTORCYCLE BUILDS
A more likely namesake for the Polaris Scrambler was the early European “Scrambler” motorcycle. A Scrambler was a stripped down street bike, designed to conquer point-to-point off-road races in England, dating back to the late 1920’s, long before the first mass-produced dirt bikes that we didn’t see until the late 60’s. Some key components to building a “Scrambler” were air-cooled motors, high mount exhaust, lightweight components, and knobby tires with spoke wheels.
POLARIS SCRAMBLER
By definition a Scrambler is a device that transposes, inverts, or mixes a message beyond recognition for the unintended user. By motorcycle standards it defined the first “dual-sport” or crossover street bike. The current flagship Polaris Scrambler XP 1000 is a conglomerate of nearly 90 HP, a High Performance All Wheel Drive system and Sport ATV Handling. If that doesn’t send a mixed message, we don’t know what will!
26
ATV WORLD MAGAZINE • VOL 12 • ISSUE 6
TRIUMPH SCRAMBLER
The Triumph Scrambler was reborn in 2006, but it was the iconic TR6 Trophy that really created the class back in the late 1950’s. The early Triumph Scramblers created a true legacy; in fact, legends like the “King of Cool” Steve McQueen will always be remembered for racing these super reliable British motorcycles across the U.S. and Mexican deserts in the late 50’s and 60’s.
TACO BELL GRANDE SCRAMBLER BURRITO
While Polaris probably didn’t name their crossover ATV after a burrito, you never know! The Taco Bell Scrambler is definitely the flagship of fast food breakfast burritos. Available in Bacon, Sausage or Steak, the cheesy, scrambled egg and fried potato breakfast Scrambler is definitely a do it all breakfast option.

TIPS & TRICKS
Nick Nelson
1 Roost Protection 101
The RZR XP 1000’s rear end is under a constant barrage of roost and rocks, thrown from the front res while in fourwheel drive. Cognito and IMG Motorsports both sell simple but effec ve mud-flaps to protect vital suspension and braking components.
2 Quick Cover
Most short course UTV racers will remove the passenger seat for a substan al weight savings. This isn’t a bad idea, but on the RZR models it leaves the vulnerable fuel pump lines and spigots exposed to damage. Cognito came up with this simple bolt-in aluminum guard to protect this important area.
SUBMIT YOUR TIPS & TRICKS! email info@atvworldmag.com with your ideas, ধps or tricks and you may see it featured right here
3 Radiator Roost Guard
A clogged radiator can quickly lead to overhea ng or the dreaded limp mode. Racers have found reloca ng the radiator to behind the headrest is the most effec ve way to keep mud and roost from clogging it up. The stock radiator is usually sufficient, and a simple roost guard like this can further save it from roost and flying rocks.
28
ATV WORLD MAGAZINE • VOL 12 • ISSUE 6
4 Simple Sway Bar Upgrade
The stock sway bar on the Polaris RZR XP 1000 is very effec ve and actually very durable as well. The problem lies in the lighter duty, more cost conscious connec on bars. Heavier duty a ermarket ones like these from Cognito Motorsports won’t break, and the use of Heim joints eliminates the slop from the stock bushings wearing out.
TIPS & TRICKS
Nick Nelson
5 The Green Wire Mod
The stock CDI on an 06+ TRX450ER will only rev to 9800 RPM. A stock machine quits making power around 9800 anyways, but with an HRC or a ermarket cam it will build quite a bit higher. Clipping the green wire on the le hand side CDI plug “looking at it from the front” will access another 1000 RPM. This is only for the stock CDI, and is a waste of me if you are s ll using the stock cam.
7 Ultimate Poly Case Protection
A $30 investment in one of these UPP case savers might be the best money you ever spend. These poly case savers are molded to fit snugly supported against the stator cover to safely disperse energy of a thrown chain instead of damaging expensive cases. UPP has even taken the case saver one step further by adding shi sha protec on.
30
ATV WORLD MAGAZINE • VOL 12 • ISSUE 6
6 The Other Green Wire Mod
Most racers and many more savvy enthusiasts prefer to have their radiator fan wired permanently on versus relying on the temp sensor to turn it on at higher temps. The best way to do this on any year Honda TRX450R or ER is to ground the green wire that goes into the blue plug under the hood. We like to clip it before the plug, add an eyelet and then ground it with a bracket bolt to the frame.
8 Proper Aluminum Can Recycling
Many a ermarket exhaust pipes route uncomfortably close to your ever-important coolant hoses. Exhaust head-pipes get extremely hot and can easily melt a radiator hose, causing catastrophic damage. You can make a simple, yet effec ve heat shield with scissors, an aluminum soda can, and a couple wraps of safety wire. We like to use this method whenever we see poten al for a problem.
HOW TO WITH ATV WORLD MAGAZINE
BY NICK NELSON
SPRING CARB CLEANING
S
pring is coming and soon it will be ধme to get those ATVs out of the Garage and back into acধon. If you’ve properly winterized your machines - fuel stabilizer, draining carb bowl, and disconnecধng baħery, you might get away with just a liħle fresh gas and a quick baħery charge. If your machines were put away with fuel in the carb, they will undoubtedly need to be cleaned. Today’s higher ethanol content fuel will only last about two months in the fuel tank and maybe a month in the carb’s float bowl without going bad.
If you drained or ran the fuel out of your float bowl at the end of last season, you should sধll start by draining the fuel tank and filling it with fresh fuel. For those of us that didn’t properly prep for the winter break, it’s ধme to get to cleaning that carburetor.
1 Be sure that you are starting with a clean machine. You are going to want to completely remove the carb from your ATV. On our TRX250EX that we are servicing, we found it easier to remove the air-box than trying to fight the carb in and out with it in place.
2 With the air-box removed, unbolt or unclamp the carb from the intake manifold, and then detach all cables. On this carb, the throttle cable comes out by unscrewing the cap and removing the slide. We also removed the choke operation cable
3 We will be cleaning the outside of the carb with brake cleaner before opening it up to clean the inside. It is important the remove any exposed o-rings like the one shown, as the harsher chemical cleaners will damage rubber.
32
ATV WORLD MAGAZINE • VOL 12 • ISSUE 6
4 Use brake cleaner to thoroughly clean the outside or your carburetor. We like to use an old toothbrush, as the plastic bristles are perfect for getting grime out of the little crevices. While carb cleaner might sound like the best tool for the job, we actually prefer brake cleaner as it is easier on o-rings and rubber seals
5 On a clean work surface, remove the float bowl and disassemble the carb. The float bowl will most likely be held on with Philips screws, and try smacking the properly sized screwdriver into them before removal. Remove the float pivot pin, and the float needle will come out with the floats.
7 You should be able to see daylight through all of your jets, the passage on the pilot jet is very small, but still needs to be free and clear. Depending on the size of your jet, you might be able to push a clog through with a small welding tip cleaner. If the passage is smaller than that, try using a piece of separated multistrand wire.
9 Once the jets, passages, and internals are clean, you will want to clean the bowl. On a standard carb like this one, the bowl doesn’t have any jets to worry about, but it will often be extremely grimy as the old fuel was sitting in it. We like to fill the bowl part way with cleaner and then scrub with a tooth-brush.
6 Remove all the jets for cleaning. The pilot jet comes out with a small, flat blade screwdriver and features the smallest orifices, making it the most likely culprit for a clog.
8 Once you have cleaned out all your jets, you can check them by blowing through them with your mouth. The next step is to clean out all the passages in the carb. You can start with the spay tube on the brake cleaner, and if that doesn’t work, try compressed air. Watch your eyes as spaying in one passage hole should come out another.
10 Re-assemble the carb in the reverse of taking it apart. Re-install the carb into the ATV, making sure that the slide operates freely and all of your cables are re-installed correctly. Fill with fresh fuel and go riding! ATV WORLD MAGAZINE • VOL 12 • ISSUE 6

NELSON’S FACTORY BACKED YXZ RACER
The
name Dusধn Nelson rings synonymous with Yamaha ATV Racing, and with good reason. The Southern California MX racer started his racing career at the ripe old age of 6, and won the ultra-compeধধve 85cc stock class at Loreħa Lynn’s in 93’. Dusধn’s Pro AMA SX and Naধonal MX career lasted from 1996 to 2004, and he became a Yamaha factory test rider in 1999.

atvworld 2002 was a big year for Dustin as Yamaha invited him to be involved in the development of their new pure sport quad. What became the YFZ450 was developed with racing in mind, and even though Dustin had never raced an ATV, he found himself right at home riding it. Yamaha staff convinced Nelson into racing a surprisingly stock looking YFZ450 in the highly contested 2003 Glen Helen QuadCross finale. A resulting 2nd place paycheck in his first-ever ATV race left him more than a little interested in 4 wheeled racing. Dus n scored a record five QuadCross Championships before ge ng into a Weller Racing SR1 for the Lucas Oil Short Course series. For Dus n, the SR1 was everything he loved about ATV’s with the addi onal safety of a cage. The CVT and lack of shi ing involvement was the one thing he really disliked on a typical UTV. With the SR1, you’ve got the best of both worlds. Dus n has found short course racing to be an almost direct replacement for MX, and he quickly won another championship. Yamaha has been busy developing their very own Pure Sport UTV for quite some me. Coincidence or not, the new YXZ 1000 R is the first manual transmission UTV to hit the market. Dus n was heavily involved in the R&D with the YXZ, and he was also one of the first to have one built to race. When it came to building his very own YXZ race machines, Dus n turned to the crew at IMG Motorsports to handle the transforma on. The guys at IMG know what it takes to build championship worthy UTV’s, because they are Championship level racers themselves. James Hill, John Pacheco, Tommy Scranton, and Bruce Scranton all race what they build, and have the Championships to prove it. In reality, Dus n’s race build is really pre y simple when compared to a many Pro Level UTV builds. IMG started by designing a weld-on cage, star ng lower than if they went with a bolt-on design. The IMG Race cage is made from .095, inch and a half chromoly, and features welded shut door bars w/Dzues on aluminum door and roof panels. IMG designs the cage about two

inches lower than stock, and then mounts a lightweight Pro-ADV Sparco seat that is about an inch and a half lower than stock seat height. Like most race builds, IMG mounts a larger CBR radiator behind the headrests, but IMG purposely mounts it as low as possible to avoid roost and mud blockage. The stock A-Arms and suspension components are used, but IMG builds super tough chromoly e rods with high-quality FK heims for unbeatable durability. The stock transmission, axles, and CV joint are all Cryo Treated and micro-polished by Josh Lahey at Cryo Heat for unbeatable strength as well. Dus n uses FOX RC2 shocks that look similar to stock, but are actually very, very trick.
SHOCKS
Dus n’s FOX RC2 shocks feature Kashima coated components to reduce heat, fric on and oil contamina on. The stock FOX shocks come with a more cost effec ve, progressive single spring set-up that provides a smooth and forgiving all-around ride. Dus n’s dual-rate setup focuses more on performance than comfort, and can easily soak up the bigger hits and abusive terrain. Dus n has worked endlessly with Mark Behnke of M&M Offroad on developing his FOX shock set up. Their set-up uses an adjustable cross-over spacer and nut with dual-rate springs. Dus n and Mark have spent countless hours developing a set-up that combines incredible bo oming resistance, yet keeps the wheels in constant contact with the ground for unbeatable trac on.

The stock dash mounted sequential shifter and quality steering wheel leave the YXZ interior feeling like a built racecar, right off the dealership floor.

For WORCS they use 28x10x14 standard Moapas and a 14x7 up front and a 14x8 out back.
Dus n prefers his front end with a lot of preload to keep it skipping o the terrain instead of plowing. With the front end floa ng over the terrain, they concentrate on really ge ng the rear wheels to follow the ground for trac on under accelera on. The setup for Lucas Oil Races is similar, but they remove 1.5 of sha travel to keep the car fla er and limit body roll in the higher speed turns.
FINAL TOUCHES
Weller Racing has helped Dus n tremendously with his SR1 racing program, and will be handling future engine building for the YXZ, but as for now it is completely stock. For 2016, Dus n is op ng to race the Pro Stock class for WORCS, as the LUCAS series requires a stock motor as well. Dus n uses nothing but high quality Yamalube

lubricants and is running a DR.D slip-on exhaust with Benchmark re-flashing his stock ECU. DR.D is currently developing a performance header system, but it was not finished at the me of our shoot. Dus n uses DWT Moapa res and Sector billet Beadlock wheels. For WORCS they use 28x10x14 standard Moapas and a 14x7 up front and a 14x8 out back. While many racers prefer the same wheel on all four corners, Dus n

prefers the easier sliding characteris c of the wider rear wheel. For the LUCAS Oil Series, they will probably be running 26” Moapas but s ll might use 28” for certain tracks. The interior controls are finished off with a Hess Motorsports 2:1 steering quickener. The Hess quickener is especially beneficial with Yamaha’s long steering ra o, and it moves the stock steering wheel closer to the driver for increased control as well. Black Rhino provides Dus n with Racer X communica ons and his Bell Helmet is wired for the two-way radios. Dus n runs a Parker Pumper fresh air system in his SR1, and will be adding one to his YXZ as well. The bo om of Dus n’s YXZ gets super tough 3/8” thick MDMW plas c skid plates from Factory UTV. The MDMW skid plates are incredibly durable, they glide off of obstacles, and they weigh less than aluminum. The exterior of Dus n’s YXZ is protected by custom, equally tough IMG bumpers.

SUCCESS
Dus n started the 2016 WORCS season ready to win and ended up with a very disappoin ng, first lap crash and 0 points at the Ta opening round. Dus n and his Yamaha came into round 2 with a vengeance, and finished a very solid 2nd place out of 28 pro entries, proving that the new YXZ is more than ready to win races in its maiden year. We look forward to seeing Dus n as a regular on the WORCS podium, and expect even be er results from the LUCAS oil races that he dominated last year in his SR1.

THE ACE 900 SP AND RZR S 1000 EPS e recently made the trip to CAMP RZR, East at Huntsville, TN’s Brimstone Recrea onal Park. Camp RZR Brimstone is the east coast’s version of Polaris’ massive celebra on of all things RZR in the GLAMIS sand dunes. Camp RZR East is an all inclusive, fun-filled weekend, complete with free food; vendors; demo rides; $200,000 in prize giveaways; and even a few big name country concerts. More than twenty thousand people would a end this massive Off-Road party, but we were in for something even bigger than
that. Polaris invited the Media out to Brimstone a day early for our first experience on the brand new 900 ACE and RZR 1000 S. The ACE 900 SP and RZR 1000 S were both very big news, but for the most part, just slightly refined, be er equipped and bigger motored version of last year’s models. We spent an en re day tes ng both new models and exploring Brimstones 300+ miles of trails, and then used a loaner to experience Camp RZR East on Friday as well.

THE ACE 900 SP
T
he iniধal ACE created a whole new ATV market, combining the agile handling of an ATV with the safer, anধ-inধmidaধng, anyone can do it, automoধve-like driving approach. The first “entry level” ACE hit the scene in 2014 with a 32HP, 335cc power-plant. The ACE design was based on a Sportsman ATV chassis with sit-in and step-out accessibility. The UTV

type controls feature a steering wheel, brake/gas pedal, and an automaধc PVT transmission. The first ACE quickly found its place with first ধmers and the older generaধon. The second generaধon ACE 570 found its place with the masses, thanks to a solid 35% power increase with virtually zero weight increase. The next model to come along was the ACE 570 SP, with
a handful of top of the line features including Variable Assist EPS and a highperformance, close raধo, on-demand AWD system. The latest 2016 evoluধon is anything but your “Grandmother’s ACE”. In keeping up with the ever-growing consumer demand, the new 875cc, inline twin, ProStar Powered ACE 900 SP hits the trails with an unbelievable 60 HP.
The big boy, 875cc, twin cylinder XP 900 motor is about the only visual difference between a well equipped 570 Ace and the new flagship 900.
The ACE 900 comes equipped with these stylish, lightweight, ultra tough cast aluminum wheels.

>> THE RIDE
As expected, the ACE 900 SP handles and drives just like the previous models, only with a whole lot more motor. What we didn’t really expect was how much the addi onal HP would affect the whole a tude of a vehicle like the ACE. With 60 HP on tap, you can now really drive or control your rear end with thro le control. The next really darn cool thing you can do in a 60 HP, sub-1000 pound UTV is wheelie. The ACE 900 is the first stock UTV that can actually hold and carry a wheelie. Just stabbing the gas pedal will immediately lighten the front end, but with just the smallest bump and a li le thro le control, we could carry the front end at will. Being able to li the front end at will has its advantages on the trail as well; we quickly found ourselves lightening the front end before impact with trail obstacles like water bars and g-outs. Accelera on is equally impressive with the 900; you can see sixty plus mph in a hurry, and o en need to remind yourself that you’re driving a 48” wide, short wheelbase machine that can get sketchy in a hurry. Brimstones trail system was an excellent loca on for tes ng, with plenty of mud, rocks, and eleva on changes. The 900 ACE is a beast when it comes to hill-climbs, as over the top brute power was more than sufficient for blas ng up any of the steeper hill-climbs we could find. We found the ACE 900’s power to really boost the ACE’s fun-factor, but it could also get you in trouble in the rockier, more technical climbs. We found ourselves having to stomp the brakes to avoid a loop-out on more than one occasion. Once again, the 900 is not for beginners, it truly does require an extra level of control and finesse to keep it upright.
>> ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT
We found the ACE 900 was a blast to drive on faster, open trails, but a bit of a handful in the ghter woods. While you can use thro le to adjust the a tude of the ACE, you can’t really adjust body posi on, or further manipulate the ACE’s path. By design, you are strapped in and along for the ride, compared to an ATV where you can push-pull or lean to otherwise manipulate its path. By design, the MacPherson Strut front end also holds back suspension performance compared to the higher performance, dual a-arm front end. We ini ally thought that this “older technology” front end was cost related, but it is actually used for the increased foot-well area, compared to a dual a-arm front end. Regardless of foot-well space, we can’t wait to see a model with longer travel, dual a-arm suspension. We quickly found the bo om of the rear shocks as well. While suspension se ngs are probably iden cal to the smaller bore models, we found ourselves driving harder and hi ng obstacles harder with the extra horsepower. Sixty HP might definitely be a li le excessive for the handling characteris cs of the MacPherson strut equipped ACE, and it certainly requires more a en on and a larger skill set to keep up with.
The base model ACE 900 comes well equipped with quarter doors, EPS, cast wheels and a cut and sew seat. ATV WORLD MAGAZINE • VOL 12 • ISSUE 6

THE RZR S 1000 EPS
S
imilar to the ACE 900, the only real difference between the S 900 EPS and the new S 1000 EPS is more motor. The new S 1000 gets a new, purpose built ProStar 1000 engine with an impressive 100HP. This is 33% more HP than last year’s highest performance 60” wide 900 RZR. The extra 25 HP with nearly zero increase in weight, gives the S 1000 lightning quick

accelera on with 0 to 50 mph mes of just over 5 seconds. Besides the bigger, faster, more powerful engine, the only other spec we no ced a change in was the quicker lock to lock on the steering wheel. Both the 900 and the 1000 feature the same turning radius, but the new 1000 takes a half a rota on less at the steering wheel to get there.
Possibly the perfect combinaࣅon of horsepower and agility, the 1000 S can even be transported in a full size pickup bed.
The RZR S’s smaller stature combined with a Pro Star 1000 motor made for one of the quickest UTV’s we had ever driven.

While the RZR S 1000 EPS didn’t really change anything but engine performance, the added HP makes for an amazing overall machine. We loved last year’s S 900 EPS, but driving XP 1000’s all the me le us yearning for a li le more power. This year’s S 1000 delivered beyond expecta on, with more power than we had even hoped for. Keeping with the lighter weight 27” res and a-arm rear suspension makes for very nimble and predictable handling, without the added body roll that comes with bigger res and extensive wheel travel. We flat out loved the S 1000 on Brimstones faster trails, and it was equally impressive in the slower, more technical areas as well. Its super stable, stays planted in the turns, tracks well, and has gobs of power. The “S” might not have the overall “deep whoop” suspension performance of an XP 1000, but as an overall, “do all” sport UTV, it will be hard to top. For anything but wide-open desert running, or off-road racing, the new RZR S 1000 EPS should be every bit as impressive as an XP 1000, or even be er in many ghter situa ons.

This is the time of the year when new products are being released for the ATV and UTV Market, and we were thrilled to go through them to provide you with a list of items that we feel you certainly need to know about. Sit back, grab a beverage and enjoy what’s new.
bts SPORT HEADPHONES
Not everything we find deals directly with ATV’ing. We also come across products that we know, you as a reader, would like to know about. We stumbled across these babies and can certainly say, “these are cool”. The BTS Bluetooth headphones from 66 Audio are the next genera on in headphones. They connect to any Bluetooth enabled device and are designed to be lightweight yet extremely durable. Then the BTS headphones take Bluetooth to a whole new level and allow you to connect to two different devices. Why do you need this? Well you can now have your music playing from your MP3 player, and when your smart phone rings the BTS intelligently knows which device is ringing and will connect to that device automa cally. Yup, we were impressed. These headphones have a built-in microphone to allow you to take calls while wearing them. See we told you these were pre y cool. Check out www.66audio.com for complete details.
There is one thing you can be certain about when it comes to our friends over at Ma racks; they never stop innova ng. Late this January, Ma racks let us know that they just released a new track system called the Maxim, which was designed for exploding UTV market. The engineers have created a track system that nearly doubles the track area over similar systems. Just as the name alludes to, the Maxium, refers to the maximum amount of track that hits the terrain when you are running this system. U lizing a unique switch design the rear tracks extend way forward under the buggy, which in turn takes the weight off the front tracks. This feat of engineering has taken substan al weight off the front tracks resul ng in the Maxium track riding on top of the snow opposed to riding through the snow. Sounds kinda like a snowmobile doesn’t it? For complete informa on on how to pick up on these systems head over to www.ma racks.com

These pants really are next level stuff when it comes to trail riding your buggy in all the different seasons. Available at your local Gamma Powersports Dealer: www.gammapowersports.com

Fly PATROL JACKET
With all new design and construc on, the Fly Patrol jacket is soon becoming a “must have” jacket for the avid ATV’er. First off, the material used is an ultradurable, water resistant ballis c nylon that offers up serious protec on when you are bashing through the woods. Second, the designers at Fly, have really thought about what riders need in a jacket when it comes to func on. The sleeves zip off, (boom…now you have a vest) there are massive vents both in the front and the back so you can customize the airflow and there is a huge rear cargo compartment to carry all your stuff. The Patrol jacket can even be folded inside/out into the rear compartment and carried with the a ached waist belt. Tell us you remember doing this with your K-Way jacket…yup same concept. Next Level.
