I Congratulate Ossekeag Publishing on being such an important part of the life of the citizens of Hampton and surrounding areas. The riding of Hampton Kings fits entirely within the readership of the Hampton Herald. Over the last 12 years I have come to rely on the Hampton Herald as my main source of information for events and happenings within the constituency. Unlike most newspapers, the Hampton Herald stays with me as a reference for a fortnight until the next issue comes in the mail. Even then copies are filed for future reference for some additional weeks. The staff is dedicated, cheerful and helpful in working with the people of our area and in helping businesses effectively communicate with their customers. I look forward to each issue and I cannot imagine how difficult communication would be without the “Herald”. I encourage the entire readership to this fortnightly publication to stop and reflect on how different life would be without the Hampton Herald. I am sure the other community papers which Ossekeag publish have a similar need. The tone of this paper and its commitment to the community, helps fosters our sense of belonging.
