DIRECTOR’S NOTE
Have you had one of those days where everything goes wrong? You forget your wallet, lose your keys, spill coffee on your white sweater, steal all of your neighbor’s antique furniture to impress a millionaire art patron and your fiancée’s strict father?
Okay, maybe that last part is just us.
Watch as light becomes dark in this topsy-turvy comedy of errors led by Brindsley, a poor sculptor desperate to make his mark in the art world. When the stage is bright, a fuse is blown, and our cast is plunged into blackness–how will Brindsley juggle the increasingly large personalities crammed into his tiny flat? Sit back and enjoy this zany group of characters as we embrace the fashion, language, and sounds of London in the 1960’s.
Things are going to get very, very messypegs!
Thank you for joining us for Black Comedy!
