You told me that you loved me, It was the best I had ever heard. I told you that I loved you, You put faith in my word. You showed me that you loved me, From that day until now; And I still love you, and will miss you, With God’s help, I’ll make it somehow. Yes you told me in the good times, That your love would remain. And you told me in the bad times, That your love would never change. You showed me that you loved me, In every single way. And that’s why I’ll always love you, You’re in my heart every day. Yes you told me that you loved me, That’s what I heard you say; And forever I will love you, Wait for me, we’ll meet again On that Resurrection Day. All My Love, Barbara
A Little Something For Our PawPaw It's time to say goodbye. I'm so upset, my mouth has gone dry. Sadly, I know this goodbye means forever. We have so many memories that I will always remember. I prayed that God would let you stay. But eventually He took you far away. It's all for the best, I learned to face. You are free from this world, and in a better place. I know we are all feeling a little bit sad, That we've lost our PawPaw and Together we have cried an ocean of tears As we feel so empty and hold many fears But PawPaw would want us to know he's in a good place And that he’s watching us all with a smile on his face As we have made him so proud, as proud as can be That he has raised such a beautiful and special family Thinking back now I really must say I feel lucky and privileged to have known PawPaw to this day For in my life, you have played a special part The memories I will treasure and keep close to my heart There's so much hurt I feel inside, And in no one can I confide, You're in our hearts, And there you'll stay, And be remembered every day. Love Your Grandkids
