The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul…

Dear Dad... The moment that you died my heart was torn in two, one side filled with heartache, the other died with you. I often lie awake at night, when the world is fast asleep, and take a walk down memory lane, with tears upon my cheeks.

Remembering you is easy, I do it everyday, but missing you is heartache that never goes away. I hold you tightly within my heart and there you will remain, until the joyous day arrives, that we will meet again.

His Journey’s Just Begun - Ellen Brenneman
Don’t think of him as gone away his journey’s just begun. Life holds so many facets this earth is only one. Just think of him as resting from the sorrows and the tears in a place of warmth and comfort where there are no days and years. Think how he must be wishing that we could know today how nothing but our sadness can really pass away.
Grieve Not For Me - Author Unknown
I cannot let you grieve for me, for those who love must let go. In comfort, please believe I’m free, from all the pain life can bestow. As I begin my world anew, Consider not what used to be. I’m sending happy smiles to you, while I enjoy eternity Lord bless the home from which I came yet brush each lonely hour away with fond remembrance of my name and a sunshine for a newer day. Look to the wind to find me there beside the hardest thing you do I’ve left my love within this prayer I’m always watching over you. Clifford "Cliff" Magee April 16, 1953

And think of him as living in the hearts of those he touched… for nothing loved is ever lost and he was loved so much!
