A MOTHER’S LOVE A TRIBUTE TO MILDRED LOUISE JONES At birth Children cannot choose their parents, but thankfully, God chose for us He knew the best kind of Mom had strength, heart, character, and faith was a must. We knew a Mother’s love like no other, unending, unconditional and forever giving, Our Mom opened the doors of faith, introduced us to Christ, and said now start living For without faith in Him, she knew we would not be free to fulfill our God given destiny. You see a Mother’s love not only desires your best and brightest days in childhood,

But prepares you for your greatest achievements and optimal blessings in adulthood. For the bible tells us to train a child in the ways of the Lord so they will not go astray. A Mother’s love knows you will need faith, strength, and courage for that rainy day. We are not promised but three score and ten, and through our actions maybe not them… However, her love for Christ, her Children and her Church, gave her even more of them. We were fortunate to have our Mother’s love for eighty years plus…

And during that time, she saw her efforts come to fruition in the best of us. A Corporate Auditor, A Surgical Coordinator, A Pastor and Lawyer, and A Fireman… Four children, three grandchildren, and the love and respect of all of them. It’s hard to believe that her time here on earth has come to an end… But the memories of that Mother’s love will live on in our hearts and never end. We may be sad for a moment, feel the loss for a while, and endure our own brand of sorrow… But remember, “dream as though you will live forever and live as if you will die tomorrow.” A Mother’s love is second only to that of our Lord’s through Christ and our Mother just took a trip to see Him and thank Him for making everything alright.
