From Heaven To my dearest family, something I’d like to say but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay. I’m writing this from heaven, here I dwell with God above. Here there’s no tears of sadness just pure eternal love. Please do not be unhappy just because I’m out of sight remember that I’m with you every morning, noon and night. That day I had to leave you, when my life on earth was through, God picked me up and hugged me and said “I welcome you. It’s good to have you back again, you were missed while you were gone. As for your dearest family, they’ll be here later on. I needed you here badly, you’re part of my plan, There’s so much we have to do to help our mortal man.” God gave me a list of things that he wished for me to do, and foremost on the list was to watch and care for you, and when you retire to your bed, the day’s chores put to flight, God and I are close to you…in the middle of the night When you think of my life on earth and all those loving years, because you’re only human, they are bound to bring you tears. But do not be afraid to cry, it does relieve the pain, Remember there wouldn't be flowers, unless there was some rain. There are many roads ahead of you, many hills to climb, but together we can do it taking one day at a time and now I am content that my life was so worthwhile, knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile. When you are walking down the road and I am on your mind, I’m walking in your footsteps, only half a step behind. And when it is your time to go on…from that body to be free, remember you’re not going…you’re coming here to me.

My Love
I have only just lost you, the pain is hard to bear. Do I have to go through life knowing you're not there. Please someone explain to me why she had to go, are there any reasons, I really need to know. I sit here and remember all the lovely times we shared the talks the laughter of every one you cared I am told the pain will ease in time and I will think of her without a tear, but that will be impossible as I need to have her here. She was my very world to me my ever guiding star Just kiss me softly on the cheek dear and tell me where you are.

Farewell, Dear Mother Somewhere in our hearts, beneath grief and pain, Is a smile we still wear at the sound of your dear name. The precious word is ‘MOTHER’, she was our world you see, But now our hearts are breaking because she’s no longer here. God chose her for His angel to watch us from above, To guide us and advise us and know that we’re still loved. The day she had to leave us when her life on earth was through, God had better plans for her, for this, we surely knew. When we think of her kind heart and all those loving years, Our memories surround, us and we can’t hold back the tears. She truly was our best friend, someone we could confide in, She always had a tender touch and a warm and gentle grin. We want to thank you Mother for teaching us so well, though the time has come that we must bid you this farewell. We’ll remember all you’ve taught us and make you proud you’ll see. Thank you our Dear Mother for all the love you showed. Although you’ve left this earth and now you’ve taken flight, We know that you are here with us each morning, noon and night.
Love, Karen, Clayton, Jr. & Nicole

If Roses Grow in Heaven
If roses grow in Heaven, Lord, Then pick a bunch for us. Place them in our Maw-Maw’s arms and tell her they’re from us. Tell her that we love and miss her, and when she turns to smile, Place a kiss upon her cheek and hold her for a while. Because remembering her is easy. We do it every day. But there is an ache within our hearts that will never go away.
