MIRAMAR UPDATE

Americans. This simply means that our residents have high paying jobs or own businesses, which is a key economic indicator of our thriving city.

I am excited to announce that we are already laying the foundation to ensure our city is positioned for success for decades to come. Did you know that under my direction, the city is implementing an Electric Vehicle Master Plan to ensure Miramar is ready for the transition from combustion to EV as declared by the auto manufacturers?

Did you know, our city is in the programming stages of a state-of-the-art Innovation and Technology Village that will incubate start-ups, offer new age technical skills for residents and be the source for Venture Capital opportunities for innovators solving the challenges of our marketplace? The sky is truly the limit and I look forward to continuing our progress together.

As we enter March, this publication will feature the ‘Best of Miramar.’ This is such a cool idea and I hope you will take the time to patronize these amazing businesses. Miramar has attracted so many new businesses to our community and some of our best are featured right here!

I take this time, as I close this message, to wish all of the women of Miramar a Happy National Women’s Month. Our Nation, State, County and City, would not be who we are without your contributions. We love you, honor you and respect all that you do every day.
