Children’s Summer Film Festival is Live Every Saturday

The City of Pembroke Pines Recreation and Cultural Arts Department is pleased to announce the return of the city’s annual Children’s Summer Film Festival. These free events will take place at the Susan B. Katz Theater of the Performing Arts at the River of Grass ArtsPark, located at 17195 Sheridan Street.

The River of Grass ArtsPark is a partnership between The City of Pembroke Pines and the Broward County Cultural Division.

Families can enjoy a selection of G-PG movies each Saturday during the summer.. All movies begin at 10 a.m.

The lobby area has a large concession area as well as a ticket booth for sales. The stage is a generous size 26 by 34-foot performance area complete with professional stage lighting and sound system.

• July 2nd Scooby-Doo (PG) • July 9th E.T. The Extraterrestrial (PG) • July 16th The Sandlot (PG) • July 23rd Megamind (PG) • July 30th Tangled (PG) • August 6th Rugrats The Movie (G)
